About the Position

As a Customer Service Associate at Snapphanebygdens Sparbank, you will become part of the team staffing the cash desk and customer service at the bank's office in Bjärnum. In this role, you work closely with the bank's customers and are often their first point of contact with the bank. Your tasks are varied and include, among other things:

• Receiving and assisting customers at the cash desk/customer service
• Answering questions about the bank's services and products
• Handling customer banking matters and guiding customers to the right solutions
• Creating a professional, personal, and positive customer meeting

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in finance, service, and customer relations. You have an academic degree or other relevant education combined with experience considered valuable for the position. If you are licensed by SwedSec and have previous experience working in banking, this is highly meritorious, but not a requirement – there is an opportunity to obtain a license within the scope of the position.
