About the Role
As a store associate in our café, you are an important part of the customer experience. You will work with sales, receive deliveries from suppliers, and ensure that the café is always clean, pleasant, and well-stocked. You greet every customer with a smile and work together with your colleagues in a fast-paced environment – workdays are varied and full of energy.
In addition to café duties, you will participate in the daily work in the warehouse. Together with the team, you ensure that the store is always ready for sales and that every customer receives first-class service.

The position is a permanent employment starting with a 6-month probation period. We are looking for someone willing to work every other weekend and extra hours as needed.

We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in café operations. You thrive in a high-tempo environment and meet each workday with energy, joy, and initiative. You are not afraid to think outside the box and contribute with your own ideas.
You are a service-oriented person who always keeps the customer in focus. You enjoy taking on new challenges and find it easy to both learn new things and share your knowledge. We prefer candidates with previous experience working in a café and who are comfortable with the tasks involved. If you also appreciate structure and order, you will fit perfectly with us.
