About the role

As an Account Manager B2B – Telecom & Business Services, you will be responsible for developing and managing corporate clients who want to modernize their telephony, switchboard, and communication.

You will drive the business from the first contact to closure and follow-up, supported by clear processes, CRM systems, and colleagues with extensive experience in the field.

Your main responsibilities:
  • prospect and develop new corporate clients within B2B

  • conduct needs analyses within telephony, switchboard, and communication solutions

  • present and package solutions that create business value for the customer

  • prepare quotes, drive deals to closure, and follow up

  • build long-term customer relationships and develop your own customer portfolio

  • collaborate with internal teams to ensure a strong overall delivery

  • have sales experience, preferably in B2B or service sales

  • enjoy consultative selling and building relationships

  • speak and write fluent Swedish

Meritorious:
  • experience in telecom, IT, or subscription-based services

  • familiarity with CRM and structured sales work
