About the job

The position entails: Permanent full-time employment, probationary period applies.

Start date: By agreement.

Working hours: Early mornings, late evenings, and weekends are a natural part of the work.

We welcome applicants of all ages, but due to the Working Environment Act, you must be at least 18 years old to work in the bakery department.

You put the cherry on top of the customer experience

You have the chance to make a significant impact on our customers' visits, so you have an important mission to make the customer experience smooth and pleasant. This can mean a friendly smile, an unexpected question, or a helpful attitude so that the customer finds their way in the store. You should ensure the customer goes home happy - preferably with an extra item in the basket and a good feeling in their body!

What will you be doing?

Every day brings new encounters and challenges, but some of your main tasks include:

• Ensuring customers leave the store with a smile (and perhaps an extra item or new inspiration).
• Working with baking and production of everything from sourdough bread to princess cakes.
• Handling customer orders, restocking, and creating a pleasant store environment with order and tidiness.
• Contributing to offering our customers a fresh and inspiring bakery department.
• Collaborating with colleagues throughout the store – we are a team and help where needed!

Who are you?

You are a natural problem solver who likes pace and energy. A friendly hello and an extra helping hand are a given for you. Do you have a great interest in baking? Super! If you have previous experience from a bakery/pastry shop – even better!

We believe you:

• Have a high school education and speak and write Swedish. Since our customers speak more languages than that, it is fantastic if you do too.
• Have previous experience/education in bakery or pastry arts; this is meritorious.
• Love meeting customers and believe service should be genuine and engaged.
• Enjoy doing things together and contribute with energy and joy.
• Are curious, solution-oriented, notice when something needs to be done, and are not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get it done!
