About the Role
We are currently seeking, on behalf of one of our clients, a Purchasing Manager for their operations in Lund. This is a role for someone who wants to work broadly within procurement and contribute to efficient and sustainable business operations.

You will become part of an organization where collaboration, business acumen, and development are at the forefront. The role offers you the opportunity to make an impact and work closely with both suppliers and internal functions.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities may vary but include, among others:

• Managing procurement and supplier relationships
• Negotiating prices and contracts
• Monitoring deliveries and quality
• Analyzing procurement needs and costs
• Contributing to the development of procurement processes

Qualifications
We are looking for someone who:

• Has approximately 3–5 years of experience in procurement
• Has a post-secondary education in economics, procurement, or a related field
• Possesses strong business understanding and negotiation skills
• Is structured, analytical, and takes responsibility

You thrive in a role where you can take ownership and work both independently and in collaboration with others.

Advantageous

• Experience in strategic procurement
• Familiarity with business or procurement systems
• Experience in a similar role within a growing organization
