We are now looking for an engaged and driven technical salesperson who wants to work with the market's leading conveyor belt solutions, in close dialogue with customers in the manufacturing industry. Here you will use your technical understanding, build long-term customer relationships, and be a key person identifying the right solutions for future production. The role of technical salesperson suits you if you want to work independently, build relationships, and develop within technical sales.

About the position

In the role of technical salesperson, you will be responsible for developing existing customers and finding new business opportunities with a special focus on Southern Sweden. You will sell our entire product range and offer service solutions. Our customers are in the manufacturing industry where our products are often indispensable system components. As a technical salesperson, you work with both machine manufacturers and end-users, conducting technical dialogues and needs analyses at various levels. You will be based in Southern Sweden or Kållered, and the role may involve some overnight stays. You will report to the CEO.

• Prospect, book, and conduct customer visits
• Identify needs and recommend the right type of belt and solution
• Work through the entire sales process
• Participate in trade fairs and marketing activities

Your profile

We prefer that you are an independent, driven, and structured person with a strong business acumen. With your technical background from the industry and your ability to build trust, you will establish long-term and strategic relationships, both internally and externally. You have a good understanding of industrial processes and how different parts fit together, allowing you to quickly grasp the customer's needs and contribute with relevant solutions that create value over time. Your technical curiosity, analytical ability, and structured working method enable you to quickly get up to speed on complex issues. You are communicative and relationship-building, and you plan and prioritize with good foresight.

• Experience from industry, production, maintenance, or mechanical engineering environments
• Preferably basic mathematical skills for simpler calculations
• Experience in technical sales to similar customers is an asset
• Fluent in Swedish and English; German is an asset
• Good IT skills, Office package
• Class B driver's license
