About the Role

As a Customer Service Agent with us, you will become the voice and face for several exciting clients. You will get the chance to work with various brands and industries, offering both variety and development in your daily routine. Together with your team, you will resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat – always with the goal of exceeding expectations. Regardless of the assignment, the work is characterized by strong team spirit, job satisfaction, and a passion for delivering world-class service.

Working hours are primarily during standard business hours, though some evening and weekend work may occur. We offer a commission-based salary with a secure guaranteed monthly base. Additionally, a language supplement may be paid when you use both Norwegian and Swedish in your work.

We are affiliated with a collective agreement via Unionen.

We are looking for someone who:

• Speaks and writes fluent Norwegian

• Speaks and writes fluent Swedish

• Has a high school education or equivalent experience

• Has work experience and good references
