We are now looking for an engaged and communicative customer service representative for PEX Bud in Malmö. Here you will get a unique chance to work in a developing role within customer service and traffic control, in an operation where no two days are alike.

As a customer service representative/traffic controller at PEX Bud, you will play a central role in the daily operations. You will work in a flexible and fast-paced environment, where your main focus is to provide customers with the best possible service.

Your tasks will include:

• Answering incoming calls and emails from customers
• Receiving, handling, and administering orders
• Distributing courier assignments to contracted carriers and partners
• Working proactively to solve customer inquiries and ensure a smooth delivery process

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

To be a candidate for the position, you should:

• Have previous experience in some form of traffic control or customer service.
• Be fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you hold a driver's license. You have a natural sense of good service and always maintain high quality; you are energetic, bold, and creative in your solutions.

Working hours are standard office hours, Monday – Friday 07:30-16:30. The position will run full-time during weeks 27-35. For the right candidate, there may be an opportunity for work during the autumn as well. The position is a consultancy role via StudentConsulting, which means you will be employed by us but work with PEX Bud at PostNord, with an office in Toftanäs, Malmö.
