We are currently looking for a Logistics Support Specialist to join our logistics department in Östra Karup. This is a key role where you will support both customers and colleagues with delivery-related inquiries. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys service, works in a structured manner, and thrives in a role with many points of contact. The employment is a fixed-term contract for the spring and summer seasons.

About the Role

You will handle logistics cases related to our deliveries, primarily to our Nordic markets and Germany. The focus is on providing quick and clear feedback to both customers and colleagues.

Your Responsibilities

• Answer questions regarding deliveries (e.g., delivery notifications, tracking, and stock status)
• Provide support to customers and colleagues via email and phone
• Follow up on various types of transport cases

• are structured and can handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• communicate clearly and professionally
• take responsibility and drive your work forward
• thrive in a service-oriented role

Experience in transport-related work is an asset.

Skills & Languages

• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Knowledge of Nordic languages and German is an asset
• Good computer skills (Office); experience with Jeeves is an asset

About the Employment

Fixed-term contract starting immediately and lasting until August.
