We are looking for a driven Sales Leader for our store Stora Coop Flygstaden!

As a Sales Leader, you will have sales, operations, and results responsibility for your department in the store. You will closely collaborate with the Store Manager, Sales Manager, and team members to optimize and contribute to the store's development and success, both in the short and long term.

In your customer-oriented leadership, you will drive your department commercially, based on set goals, alongside professional leadership and customer interaction.

Your work includes:

• Leading the sales efforts within your area of responsibility to achieve increased sales, results, and customer satisfaction
• Creating a selling and inspiring environment in your department
• Working with Coop's shared culture and values
• Ensuring daily operations – staffing, product supply, pricing maintenance, etc.
• Initiating, leading, and driving various initiatives to improve profitability and results
• Coaching and planning for employees within your area of responsibility, such as task distribution, competence development, onboarding of new employees, following routines and regulations, etc.
• Monitoring the development of sales, budget, and margins, and actively working to reduce waste and write-offs
• Ensuring compliance with Coop's sustainability policy
• Participating in daily operations – cashier work, product picking, etc.

The position is a permanent part-time employment, 35 hours a week. Start date is 2026-05-01 or by agreement. A probationary period may apply. Your working hours may vary as we are open when our customers want to shop, from morning to evening, Monday to Sunday.

- The position requires experience and competence in grocery and/or retail sales or another similar service profession

- Experience in leading staff

- Documented good results in retail sales are advantageous

- Good computer skills are required. Previous experience with SAP, HR+, and SoftOne is an advantage

Education

- High school education is a requirement

- Post-secondary education or university is advantageous

We are looking for someone with a strong focus on sales and a strong drive to create profitability. You are creative and not afraid to try new paths in your work. Furthermore, you enjoy working in constant development, seeing and acting based on the whole store. As you lead others, it is important for us that you are social, attentive, empathetic, persistent, have good communication skills, and the ability to make decisions.
