We are now looking for an experienced and self-driven accountant for a mission with one of our clients in Malmö. The role suits you who have a stable background in finance and enjoy working in a structured, analytical manner with a high degree of responsibility.

Depending on your skills, the tasks can be adapted – we welcome applications from both experienced accounting assistants and financial accountants who wish to further develop.

Ongoing Finance

• Management of accounts receivable and accounts payable

• Invoicing and payment follow-up

• Account reconciliations

• Administration of incoming and outgoing payments

Accounting

• Ongoing bookkeeping

• Participation in monthly and annual closings

• Reporting and analysis

• Updating the general ledger and preparing documentation

Other Tasks

• Contact with internal and external parties on finance-related issues

• Ensuring quality in financial flows and data

• Actively contributing to improvements in routines, processes, and working methods

• Several years of experience in finance

• Confidence in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, and preferably closing work

• Good system skills and very good knowledge of Excel

• Relevant academic education in finance from a college or university
