Make a difference. Every day.
Do you have solid experience in HR and want to work closely with the business alongside competent colleagues? Are you looking for a role where you can influence and contribute to the organization's development? Are you motivated by combining operational and strategic HR work in a complex organization? Then this position may be right for you!
The Group Office is the regional council's administration and the headquarters of Region Skåne, tasked with leading, driving, developing, coordinating, and monitoring the region's activities. The Group Office's more than 950 employees work to lead the region's healthcare, the regional development mission, and regional support functions. Our workplaces are primarily located at the Town Hall in Kristianstad and at Dockplatsen in Malmö. A characteristic of the operation is that we are close to politics and that most issues are marked by a regional perspective. This means that you who work here gain good knowledge of the region as a whole.
The HR unit at the Group Office is now looking for an experienced HR partner. We are six employees based at Dockplatsen in Malmö. Together, we support the administration's more than 90 managers with close and tailored HR support. We work independently within our respective operations and management groups but collaborate and help each other when needed. You will be the HR partner for a couple of departments led by the group's functional directors. The operations you support mainly consist of strategists, developers, and administrators and are characterized by high complexity rather than size.
We are in a development phase where our working methods are being shaped and improved, giving you the opportunity to help shape HR work at the Group Office.
RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role, you are expected to work both strategically and operationally with a proactive and consultative approach across the entire HR area. As a generalist with broad expertise, you will be a key player in coaching and supporting managers in areas such as organization and leadership, talent management, labor law, work environment, and salary formation, while actively driving and supporting change processes. You have a central role in developing and adapting HR processes based on the needs of the operations and management groups. Since you work closely with management and operations at a high level, you are expected to have a clear focus on strategic competence and long-term solutions. We drive the implementation of region-wide HR processes at all levels within the Group Office, where you contribute ideas and tailored solutions. Additionally, you will represent the administration in group-wide networks and working groups.
QUALIFICATIONS
We welcome you who have a university degree in personnel and labor issues or other relevant education. You have several years of experience in both strategic and operational HR work and a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish in both speech and writing. Furthermore, you have experience working in management groups at various levels and have previously driven development and change work. In addition, you have good labor law competence.
To succeed in this role, you are a self-driven person with the ability to work proactively and independently structure your work, even in situations where frameworks are lacking. You are confident, courageous, and motivated by challenging existing structures to create added value. Furthermore, you are proactive and actively contribute to the development of our HR work. It comes naturally to you to build good relationships, and you are attentive with the ability to communicate in a way that both motivates and engages. Additionally, you find it easy to understand organizational and leadership issues, tackle complex questions, and develop the operations forward. Since we are a small unit, it is important that you enjoy and have a strong ability to collaborate in a team. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.
Warm welcome with your application, we look forward to getting to know you!
