Make a difference. Every day.

Are you passionate about HR, with a particular interest in workplace environment issues? Do you want to work alongside inspiring colleagues while having the chance to work closely with the operations? Are you motivated by a varied job in an exciting organization? Then this position might be for you!

The Group Office is the regional council's administration and the headquarters of Region Skåne, tasked with leading, driving, developing, coordinating, and monitoring the region's activities. The Group Office's more than 950 employees work to lead the region's healthcare, the regional development mission, and regional support functions. Our workplaces are primarily located at the Town Hall in Kristianstad and at Dockplatsen in Malmö. Characteristic of the operation is that we are close to politics, and most issues are marked by a regional perspective. This means that you, as an employee here, gain a good understanding of the region as a whole.

The HR unit at the Group Office is now looking for an experienced HR partner. We are six employees based at Dockplatsen in Malmö. Together, we support the administration's more than 90 managers with close and tailored HR support. We work independently within our respective operations and management groups but collaborate and assist each other when the need arises. You will be the HR partner for a couple of departments led by the group's functional directors. The operations you support mainly consist of strategists, developers, and administrators and are characterized by high complexity rather than size.

All HR partners in the unit also have a process area for which they are responsible, and currently, we need someone who can take ownership of the workplace environment area. We are in a development phase where our working methods are being shaped and improved, giving you an opportunity to help design the HR work at the Group Office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role, you will work both strategically and operationally based on a proactive and consultative approach to issues across the entire HR area. Your work includes coaching and supporting managers in areas such as organization and leadership, talent acquisition, labor law, workplace environment, and salary formation, as well as driving and supporting change processes. You will develop and adapt HR processes based on the varying conditions of the operations and management groups and apply these operationally. We drive the implementation of region-wide HR processes at all levels within the Group Office, where you contribute ideas and tailored solutions.

In addition to the above, a large part of the position focuses on the workplace environment. This means that you will continuously work to implement and drive workplace environment efforts within the Group Office, with particular emphasis on the organizational and social workplace environment and work with active measures. You will represent the administration in group-wide networks and working groups.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have a university degree in human resources and labor issues or other relevant education. You have several years of experience in both strategic and operational HR work and a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both orally and in writing. You have an interest in and experience working with workplace environment issues.

As we constantly strive to develop our operationally close consultative approach, experience in management group work at various levels is desirable. Furthermore, we would like you to have a good understanding of labor law. It is also considered a positive if you have previously driven development and change.

To succeed in this role, you are a self-driven person with the ability to work proactively and independently drive and structure your work, even in situations where frameworks are lacking. You are confident, courageous, and motivated by challenging existing structures to create added value. Furthermore, you are proactive and actively contribute to the development of our HR work. It comes naturally to you to build good relationships, and you are attentive with the ability to communicate in a way that both motivates and engages. Additionally, you easily grasp organizational and leadership issues, tackle complex questions, and drive the organization forward. Since we are a small unit, it is important that you enjoy and have a strong ability to collaborate in a team. Great emphasis is placed on personal suitability.

Warm welcome with your application, we look forward to getting to know you!
