We are looking for a senior consultant in group and leadership development to support a management team and a leadership group within a municipal cultural organization. The assignment takes place in an organization undergoing change, where several management roles have recently changed, and the need is to create a well-functioning, safe, and effective collaboration structure. The work is based on reflection, dialogue, and practical tools that strengthen the group's common working methods.

The effort includes planning, implementation, and follow-up, as well as written documentation from the consultant.

• Plan and facilitate development initiatives for the management team focusing on team spirit, communication, rules of engagement, and feedback.
• Plan and facilitate development initiatives for the leadership group focusing on conflict management, courage to engage in direct dialogues, clarification of roles and responsibilities, and enhanced collaboration.
• Create a safe, reflective, and structured dialogue in groups with different assignments and personalities.
• Produce and deliver written documentation related to completed initiatives.
• Conduct preparatory dialogues as needed.

• At least 10 years of experience working with management team development or equivalent.
• Documented experience working in the public sector.
• Strong ability to lead processes that combine reflection, structure, and dialogue.
• Ability to independently manage written documentation.

• Experience working with cultural activities or educational operations.
• Certification or training in organizational development or group development (e.g., UL) or similar.
• References from similar assignments for municipal management groups.
