As a customer service agent with us, you will be the voice and face of several exciting clients. You will have the chance to work with different brands and industries, providing both variety and development in your daily work. Together with your team, you will resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat – always with the goal of exceeding expectations. Regardless of the assignment, the work is characterized by a strong team spirit, joy at work, and a passion for providing world-class service.

The working hours are mainly during office hours, but some evening and weekend work may occur. We offer a commission-based salary with a secure guaranteed salary every month. Additionally, language bonuses may apply when you use both Norwegian and Swedish in your work.

We are affiliated with a collective agreement through Unionen.

• Speaks and writes fluent Norwegian

• Has a high school education or equivalent experience

• Has work experience and good references
