We are now looking for an executive assistant with IT responsibility. You will have administrative tasks, including financial aspects. This includes everything from ordering permissions in various systems to being the contact person for IT at our healthcare center. You will be our super-user in the various systems used in primary care in Skåne, such as PMO, PASIS, 1177, and also our AI-generated journal support Tandem. You will also be responsible for the upcoming (in the long term) implementation of our new journal system SDV. You will also provide administrative support to the operations manager and the management team with tasks such as scheduling, staffing, and planning daily administrative work.

You have extensive experience in IT administration. Ideally, you have a background as a healthcare administrator in primary care. You are well acquainted with PMO and have competence in IT, Pasis, 1177, and Mina planer. Capio operates on behalf of Region Skåne.
