We are now looking for a Controller for Tarkett in Hanaskog, where you will have a broad role with many contact points and the opportunity to contribute both operationally and development-oriented.

As a Controller, you play an important supportive role to the organization through ongoing reporting, analysis, and follow-up of the organization's financial results. The role is broad and independent, without personnel responsibility, but with great responsibility and close collaboration with managers and decision-makers within the organization.

In the role of Controller, you will work with:

• Actively contribute to and ensure a safe and good working environment according to Tarkett's guidelines and strategy

• Provide decision-makers at various levels with relevant financial information

• Production follow-up such as calculation deviations, manufacturing and price differences

• Support in inventory management and annual pricing

• Participation in the development, analysis, and follow-up of the company's financial outcomes

• Reporting, reconciliations, and forecasting work

• Drive and contribute to the development of processes and routines

• Participation in various WCM projects

And other recurring tasks within the finance department.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in finance or other equivalent education/experience

• Experience in similar tasks

• Very good knowledge of Excel and the Office suite

• Good knowledge of SAP, preferably within Controlling

• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written

• An analytical ability and a problem-solving approach
