We are now looking for an employee for our client in Malmö, where you will partly work with customer service for both Denmark and Sweden, as well as operationally in the warehouse.

The company is a growing e-commerce business that specializes in its genre. In this role, you will work with customer support via phone and email, follow logistics, handle order and invoice inquiries, and also work in the operations by picking and packing orders. The position suits you who thrive with varied tasks, a fast pace, and close customer contact. Furthermore, we see that you, as a person, are meticulous in your work, work structured, and are responsible. You have good collaboration skills and see solutions instead of problems.

The position is part-time with a flexible setup based on a work level of approximately 60%. You will be employed by us at PIKE Personal and hired as a consultant to our client.

Requirements for the position are that you speak and write fluently in Danish and Swedish. It is advantageous if you have worked in similar roles before and are used to working in business systems.

The position is planned to start immediately when we have found the right person.
