About the Role

As a Paid Media Consultant, you will lead the development of clients in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads – but most importantly, you will drive their business forward. You will work closely with decision-makers, build strong customer relationships, and take a natural advisory role. You will come in as an expert, but also as the one who creates direction when the client gets stuck or needs clearer focus.

You will work entirely remotely and manage your workday in the way that is most effective for you and your clients. The role is operational but also includes a strong element of strategy, business acumen, and relationship building. This is a role for you who want more than just optimizing accounts — you want to influence direction, drive dialogue, and ensure progress.

You will, among other things:

  • Drive and optimize advertising in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for our B2B clients.

  • Develop clients' SEO efforts and contribute to a digital whole that creates business value.

  • Take responsibility for results – not just at the click level, but linked to actual impact and business goals.

  • Identify bottlenecks beyond advertising and engage in advisory dialogues regarding the client's overall digital strategy.

  • Pinpoint problems affecting advertising results and provide clear, confident recommendations.

  • Prioritize, recommend, and assist the client in making the right decisions.

  • Challenge, improve, and develop internal processes at Nivide.

  • Build long-term, professional customer relationships where you are a natural partner in their digital growth.

About You

We believe that you are currently working at a marketing or advertising agency, where you are used to managing multiple customer relationships simultaneously, handling your own work, and acting proactively in your recommendations. You have several years of operational experience in Paid Media, preferably within B2B, and are confident in explaining results, providing guidance, and building trust with clients.

You have a deep understanding of how traffic, messaging, offers, websites, and business goals interact, and experience with CRM, customer journeys, conversion tracking, marketing automation, CRO, and other factors that influence customers' purchasing journeys after ad clicks. You are also well-versed in key concepts such as cost per result, ROAS, Quality Score, and A/B testing, and know how to analyze advertising to continuously improve results for our clients.

As a person, you are analytical, structured, and used to taking initiative and responsibility when needed. You thrive in working independently but also have the ability to collaborate effectively digitally and contribute to the team's progress.
