We are now looking for a specialist in Non Food sales. The sales work involves long-term and developing customer relationships where you, with your expertise in Non Food (take-away products, packaging, disposable items, chemicals, cleaning products, etc.), will guide our customers in their business. In our company, this role is called Non Food Specialist Consultant. With care for the customers and knowledge of their everyday lives, you strengthen and broaden their business, both in the short and long term.

The position will be based in Skåne, Småland, or Östergötland, and you will work with customers in the South and East districts. With care for the customers and good knowledge of their everyday lives, you strengthen and broaden their business, both in the short and long term.

To succeed in the role:

• You are solution-oriented and motivated by building, nurturing, and strengthening long-term relationships.
• You have knowledge of Non Food and/or the industry.
• You have previous sales experience.
• You work purposefully in a team, challenge when necessary, and compromise strategically to ensure results.
• Post-secondary education and experience working in CRM are advantageous.
• A B driver's license is a requirement for the role.
• You are proactive, see opportunities where others see obstacles, and are motivated to drive business from first contact to closure.
