At the Customer Center, we exist to provide our customers with a simple and clear way in, allowing them to reach out to us 24/7 all year round for assistance with their inquiries. Our customers include all operations of Region Skåne as well as our citizens in the region. This results in a vast array of inquiries that we handle, and our customer informants possess a good understanding of our large organization. Our goal is to ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency in customer interactions.

The Customer Center manages approximately 60 assignments of various kinds, including general and recurring questions, specialist tasks, and error reports. We also handle orders, bookings, complaints, and other administrative tasks. The majority of our inquiries come via phone, and we manage around 2,500,000 incoming calls per year. We also receive inquiries through functional mailboxes and chat.

At Support 1, we are about 30 colleagues working in modern offices at Medicon Village in Lund. We provide telephone support and case management around the clock, every day of the year, on behalf of various operations within Region Skåne. Among other things, we handle property inquiries, cleaning service orders, and calls for the Regional Alarm. Additionally, we guide colleagues in the Service Portal and assist citizens in patient information. During the night, we also staff Region Skåne's switchboard. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We look forward to welcoming three part-time customer informants to Support 1 at the Customer Center in Lund!

In our unit, we work on about 20 different assignments, which means a variety in your work and the types of inquiries you will handle during a workday. Your work primarily involves customer interactions via phone, but also case management through digital channels and written case support for colleagues, patients, citizens, subcontractors, authorities, and politicians. A large part of our daily work takes place in various systems for the different service functions. Therefore, it is important that you can easily familiarize yourself with these and thrive in a work environment where you work with multiple screens and switch between and prioritize different systems.

To give you as a customer informant a good start and the tools to succeed in your work, you will receive introductory and further training in customer communication, IT and telephone systems, as well as operational knowledge.

The working hours are varied and can be scheduled between 06:40 - 21:15, every day of the week. Night work may also occur.

The introduction takes place over four weeks and is conducted during daytime, Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 16:30.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you with a completed upper secondary education and good knowledge of both Swedish and English, in both spoken and written form. Additionally, you have previous experience in customer service, reception, call centers, administration, or another service profession. Since our work largely takes place digitally, it is also of great importance that you can easily familiarize yourself with and work in different systems. It is advantageous if you have experience in customer service work in several different support systems. If you have previous work experience in healthcare, we also see that as beneficial.

Putting the customer at the center and delivering excellent service in all situations comes naturally to you. You also have good communication skills, are driven to achieve results, and collaborate with colleagues to create high customer satisfaction. To succeed in the role, you need to take great personal responsibility, be self-driven, and be able to prioritize and remain calm when the influx is high. Additionally, you are efficient in your work, stimulated by change, and have a high level of flexibility to handle the varying customer inquiries. We place great emphasis on personal suitability.

As a customer informant, you are the face of our administration, Regionservice, and the link between our customers and the service units. Since most of our inquiries are received via phone, it is important that you enjoy this type of customer contact. In our work, we encounter both stressed and frustrated customers in various challenging situations. This requires a creative problem-solving ability, which we see as both exciting and developing - and we hope you do too!
