Do you want to be the expert who helps Swedish and Nordic healthcare become safer and more efficient? We are now looking for a sales-oriented Business Developer for a brand new role with us!
About the positionAs a Business Developer with us, you will have overall responsibility for marketing and selling our product, Vialmate, to hospitals, regions, and other players in the healthcare sector. This is a key role in our growth journey and a unique opportunity for you who want to be part of building our commercial presence from the ground up.
You will be based at our office and production unit in Staffanstorp, but since we operate in a broad market, regular travel to meet customers across Sweden and parts of the Nordics is included. You will report directly to Business Area Manager Marie Magnusson.
Your responsibilitiesIn the role of Business Developer, you will be the face of Novicur Pharma. You are driven by building trust and long-term collaborations with decision-makers in regions, hospitals, and private healthcare providers.
Become a product expert: You will learn our systems (such as Vialmate) inside and out to provide technical support and advice at the highest level.
Sales and marketing: You will drive the entire sales process - from strategic outreach and initial contact to contracts and follow-up.
Customer meetings: You will conduct presentations and product demonstrations on-site at customer locations to show how our solutions optimize their daily operations.
Market monitoring: You will stay updated on industry trends and legal requirements to constantly adapt our offerings.
Additional areas of responsibility depending on experience and education.
We are looking for someone who is self-driven, trustworthy, and attracted to the opportunity to start our new customer journey. To succeed in the role, we see that you are:
Experience: You have an understanding of the entire healthcare chain and experience in sales within Medtech, Pharma, or healthcare-related services. Having an established network within healthcare is highly meritorious.
Self-driven: You take initiative, plan your time effectively, and enjoy working independently.
Collaborative: You are a team player who understands that our success is built on close dialogue with both production in Staffanstorp and our customers.
Relationship builder: You reach out to new customers, feel comfortable presenting solutions to large groups and decision-makers, and maintain long-term collaborations.
Requirements: As the position involves travel throughout the Nordics, a B driver's license is required. You communicate fluently in both Swedish and English.
