About the Role

You are an experienced litigator with a strong interest in inheritance law and family law. You express yourself clearly and pedagogically in both speech and writing and have a good ability to explain complex legal reasoning in an understandable way.

You will primarily work with advice and handling of cases within family law, where litigation in court is a natural part of the job. Additionally, you may also work with advice in other areas of family law.

What You Bring

• Law degree
• Some years of experience working with child cases and are well acquainted with issues within the field of family law.
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience working with modern digital tools and systems to streamline work
• Previous experience in qualified legal work is an advantage
• Experience in litigation is a strong advantage.
• Clerkship is an advantage
