Financial Administrator at the Service Administration
Do you want to work with finance in a business-oriented role where structure, quality, and service are crucial for the whole to function? The Service Administration is now looking for a financial administrator who will provide qualified support primarily to managers and project leaders in the property sector.
Your Assignment
As a financial administrator, you belong to the administrative department and work closely with the operations, especially in property and investment. You play a central role in ensuring order, quality, and follow-up in the administration's financial flows.
Your responsibilities include:
- responsibility for ongoing financial administration within operations and investments
- working with coding, follow-up, and reconciliations related to projects and construction
- participating in year-end closing, budget work, and financial reports
- managing rent calculations, VAT, as well as supplier and customer invoices
- providing support to managers and project leaders in financial matters and contributing to internal training initiatives
The role can develop over time based on the needs of the organization and your skills.
Your Experience
We are looking for someone with a solid foundation in finance who is comfortable working independently in financial systems.
You have:
- post-secondary education in finance or equivalent
- experience in financial administration
- good knowledge of Excel and experience working in financial systems
- strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have experience from the public sector, real estate operations, or work with investment accounting and analytical tools.

About the Workplace
The Service Administration is a central support function in Eslöv Municipality and works on behalf of the Service Committee. We are responsible for, among other things, the municipality's properties, meal services, cleaning, transportation, and investments. The administration has about 250 employees who together create the conditions for functioning municipal services.
