About the Position

We are looking for a new team member in recruitment and personnel administration for our team in Kristianstad.

To fit this role, you need to be social and enjoy contacting other people, like varied tasks, and be able to manage your own work. Although we have a structured way of working, the days can differ where we sometimes need to adjust our planning based on what may arise during the day or week.

As a recruiter with us, we work in teams consisting of salespeople and recruiters. We are guided by working according to our clients' wishes, which can be very varied. Our team is driven by succeeding with our common goals, where our focus is to make both clients and consultants satisfied.

You will carry out the entire recruitment process from advertising, selection, interviews, and reference checks to hiring and onboarding with the client. The work will also involve contacts with educational institutions, employment agencies, and other networks that we may need to work with to meet our clients' staffing needs.

You are the first point of contact for our employed consultants and assist with, among other things, booking training, ordering work equipment, and other administrative tasks. An important part of this work is also continuous contact with our consultants and visiting them at their workplaces.

Your Profile

• You enjoy interacting with other people.
• You have good administrative skills.
• You have an organized mindset and like to maintain structure in your work.
• Good ability to express yourself in speech and writing.
• You may have experience working with personnel or recruitment.
• Education in the field is an advantage.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required.
