Veteranpoolen works with corporate staffing as well as private clients in the areas of craftsmanship, gardening, and household services, and has a large pool of skilled veterans as service providers. Veteranpoolen in Malmö Väster is run by an engaged entrepreneur who is now looking for a great colleague to work together towards even more successes!

In this role, there is great room for personal responsibility, where you will be part of ensuring that both customers and veterans are helped and satisfied. Your focus will be on working with private customer business where our clients purchase ROT & RUT services, but you will also be involved in other areas as it is a small company and collaboration between colleagues is a prerequisite for success.

The role is communicative, social, varied, and challenging, where customer contact and sales are a large part of your workday. To thrive in the role, you should be a problem solver who finds joy in facilitating the customers' everyday lives.

In your role, you will:

• Receive and register incoming assignments within RUT and ROT in our systems.
• Proactive sales and customer care via phone.
• Match the right veteran with the right customer – for that perfect match!
• Support our veterans in big and small ways.
• Participate in veteran gatherings – such as summer parties, Christmas mingles, and bowling tournaments.

The phone and computer are your main working tools, and if you love picking up the phone and making contact, then this is truly the right place for you!

Who are you?

You are a cheerful, social, and driven person who always makes things happen! With your energy and engagement, you ensure that customers and veterans are satisfied, while keeping an eye on the details and enjoying handling multiple tasks at once. We place great importance on social competence.

We believe that you have experience from roles that involve customer contact and service. You have good administrative skills, computer literacy, a strong personality, are solution-oriented, and always have an eye on creating high customer satisfaction. If you have knowledge in gardening or craftsmanship, we see it as an advantage, but most importantly, you like people and relationships!

About the employment

The position is at 40% and you will be employed at the local office in Malmö Väster. Working hours are 08-17 Monday and Friday as standard, but more hours can be offered during the high season from March to September, as well as full-time during vacation periods if desired. The office is located at Stadiongatan 65, where we believe and hope you will thrive as we consider that we perform the work best from there.
