In the role of E-commerce Coordinator, you will be the hub of our e-commerce team. You are responsible for presenting our products in the best possible way, from creating and updating products to producing images, texts, and campaign content that drive both conversion and customer satisfaction. You work closely with the E-commerce Manager and the marketing team and become an important part of everything from campaign setup and content production to optimizing the site’s structure, search functions, and filtering.

The work is varied and combines creative content work with analytical thinking. One day you might create landing pages and banners for a launch, the next day you improve product texts based on SEO insights or perform an analysis in Google Analytics to see how customers navigate the site. You also play a central role in keeping our chat and FAQ flows relevant by adjusting content and improving the user experience based on behavioral data.

In short, you will be an important part of creating an inspiring, converting, and well-functioning e-commerce experience from product data to finished campaign.

Qualifications

• Experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Familiarity with administrative systems, PIM/CRM, and e-commerce platforms
• Good knowledge of Photoshop and basic image editing
• Basic knowledge of SEO, web structure, and conversion optimization
• Very good ability to express yourself in writing in Swedish
• Knowledge of Photoshop
• Strong communication skills and experience in cross-functional collaboration
• Structured, meticulous, and accustomed to working data-driven
• Good computer skills and basic Excel knowledge

Meritorious

• Experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud
• Familiarity with email tools like Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or similar
• Experience with Imbox or other chat/customer dialogue platforms
• Previous work in project tools like Asana, Monday, or similar
• In-depth experience in SEO work, product texts, or web analysis
• Experience creating banners, infographics, or simpler campaign materials
