HR Generalist at SiS LVM Home Lunden
The Swedish National Board of Institutional Care, SiS, is an authority responsible for individually tailored compulsory care for young people with complex psychosocial problems and for adults with substance abuse issues. SiS also implements closed youth care. We do this at youth homes and homes for adults with substance abuse across the country. At SiS, your work life becomes an exciting challenge. SiS LVM Home Lunden receives women with alcohol, drug, or mixed substance abuse. We accept clients who have mental health issues and clients who require medical care. Our operations are based in Lund.
We are now expanding our HR team with an additional HR Generalist.

About the Role
As an HR Generalist with us, you will work operationally, independently, and broadly across the entire HR area. Your main task is to support the institution's managers so they can be fully present leaders. You will have a particular focus on both strategic and operational competence supply as well as employer branding.
Your main responsibilities:
- Drive competence-based recruitment processes.
- Contribute to and develop work with strategic competence supply based on the needs of the operations.
- Plan and execute activities for attraction and recruitment, such as participating in fairs, organizing open houses, and building relationships with universities and colleges.
- Provide consultative managerial support in labor law, work environment, rehabilitation, and union negotiations.
- Collaborate closely with various professional groups within the institution, within the authority, and with external actors such as occupational health services.
- Ensure documentation and quality in HR processes.
- Participate in development work within HR and contribute to uniform working methods.
As a new employee at SiS, you will undergo SiS's basic training.
Qualifications
Requirements
- Academic education in HR/personnel science or other education deemed equivalent by the employer.
- Several years of experience in broad HR work supporting managers.
- Experience in recruitment, preferably with competence-based methodology.
- Excellent ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish, as well as good documentation skills.
- Good system skills and experience working with digital tools (e.g., Office suite).
Meritorious
- Experience in public labor law.
- Familiarity with producing and analyzing HR statistics.
- Experience in creating basic schedules for round-the-clock operations (or a strong interest in learning this, as we need to strengthen this competence today).
- Experience in competence supply work and/or employer branding/attraction work.
- Good knowledge of work environment legislation, systematic work environment management, rehabilitation, and experience working with these processes.

Employment:
The position is a permanent full-time employment starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date according to agreement.
