School Administrator at Ringsjöskolan

Höör is located in the heart of Skåne, has good train connections, beautiful nature, 17,000 inhabitants, and a steady population growth. With around 1,400 employees, Höör Municipality is the largest employer. Many of our employees commute here.

Ringsjöskolan is a municipal school for students in grades 7 - 9. The school is centrally located in Höör with access to a park, swimming pool, library, ice rink, athletics facility, bus, and train station. About 65 staff members work here, and approximately 410 curious and eager students receive their education for further studies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for an engaged and driven school administrator for Ringsjöskolan, focusing on filling in for regular staff during their absence. You should also be willing to step in and substitute if the need arises. You should be stress-resistant, service-minded, and flexible as the school is a complex organization with sometimes a high pace. Other tasks as a personnel reporter include establishing contracts and managing personnel administration in various digital systems.

You will provide support to school leaders in areas such as personnel, information, and authority administration as well as documentation. In your role, you will have a central and important position in our office, where you will act as our face to the outside world and will daily receive visitors, assist and guide students, educators, parents, authority representatives, and more.

The position is full-time at 100%, on-site with a six-month probationary period.

QUALIFICATIONS

You who apply should have at least a high school education or equivalent. We prefer that you have training in the administrative field. Experience with administrative tasks, preferably in a school and municipal context, is required. It is an advantage if you have worked as a school administrator.

It is important that you are structured and systematic in your approach. This means that you are observant and responsive to what needs to be done and can prioritize effectively. You have good collaboration skills, are responsible, and have a professional attitude and approach. You are proactive in your work and confident in your professional role, which allows you to adapt to the given situation.

You have good IT skills and can easily learn different systems. You have good Swedish in both speech and writing. It is advantageous if you have experience working with some of our commonly used IT systems such as TimeCare, Visma Personec, Schoolsoft, Infomentor, etc. Personal suitability is of great importance.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The position will be filled provided that the necessary political decisions are made and that it is not needed for internal use.
