The health center in Sösdala, with 3,700 registered patients, is located right next to the train station and has very good train connections throughout Skåne. You can reach Sösdala in less than ten minutes from Hässleholm and within half an hour from Lund or Kristianstad. For those who prefer to commute by car, there is free parking directly adjacent to the building.

We are a health center with high accessibility and great patient satisfaction. Our patients are from rural areas, which makes the work with us always varied and stimulating, treating patients of all ages with diverse medical backgrounds. Among the staff are general practitioners, district nurses, nurses, nursing assistants, medical secretaries, receptionists, and social workers. Regarding occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and dietitians, we have a close collaboration with other health centers. There is also a well-established and very good collaboration with the municipality, and we are responsible for the care at a municipal nursing home in the area.

The role of medical secretary involves varied tasks such as documentation in PMO, cash and reception work in Pasis, handling phone calls, referrals, and mail, administrative service, and other administrative tasks at the health center. The role may vary based on the needs of the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS

We welcome you who have an approved education in Health and Medical Care Administration 80p KY or 400 p YH or equivalent medical secretary education. You have good knowledge of medical terminology and the Swedish language in both speech and writing. Previous experience in primary care and familiarity with the systems PMO and Pasis is considered an advantage. Additionally, it is beneficial if you have experience and good user knowledge in other systems such as Lissy, Filur, Medspeech, and 1177.

You are a positive, structured, and solution-focused person who enjoys varied tasks and takes responsibility for your work.
