We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented administrator who wants to be part of our team at the Hazardous Waste facility in Malmö. Here you will have a varied role with both responsibility and community, where your work plays an important role in making everyday life function – for both our customers and colleagues. The position is a temporary contract during the summer vacation period.

Your team
As an administrator at the Hazardous Waste facility, you will belong to a team of three people and will have the opportunity for a wide variety of tasks. You report to the operations manager for administrators and chemists.
Your role
Your main tasks will include:
- Reception work/Customer reception – welcoming customers and contractors
- Logistics planning with follow-up of currently three vehicles operating for Hazardous Waste.
- Order reception via phone and email
- Order placement and follow-up of orders
- Invoice follow-up
- Ordering of package deliveries, snacks, office supplies, etc.
You will be very hands-on and have a lot of social contact with colleagues, spontaneous customers, and various businesses.
To thrive, it is important that you have a good drive while also being able to remain calm in stressful situations. You communicate easily with different people and have a strong desire to collaborate both with your immediate team and other colleagues. You are meticulous, responsible, and structured. Furthermore, you are solution-oriented and unpretentious.
Important experiences
- High school education
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- At least a couple of years of experience in administrative work
- Experience with customer registers and system familiarity
If you have experience working with customer contacts or in a service profession, this is an advantage, as well as experience in logistics planning.
