At Corrpal Systems AB, we build machine lines for the corrugated cardboard industry used worldwide. When our machines are in operation at customer sites, a functioning aftermarket is crucial - and spare parts management plays a key role here.

We are now strengthening our team within Service & Aftermarket. We are looking for someone who wants to work with customer contacts, service, and spare parts management. An important role where you make a difference for our customers every day.

Do you enjoy structure, customer contact, and being the hub between technology, inventory, and customers? Then this could be your next role.

You will have a central function in the organization and work closely with service, inventory, project management, and purchasing. The role is both administrative and communicative and suits you who enjoys order, pace, and solving customer needs.

• Receive and manage inquiries about spare parts from customers, primarily via email.

• Prepare quotes, order confirmations, and purchase parts from suppliers related to orders.

• Register and manage spare parts orders and update information in our business system (Monitor).

• Book transportation of spare parts, both nationally and internationally.

• Handle delivery-related documentation such as freight documents and customs papers, sometimes also related to new machine lines.

• Invoice customer orders and freight.

• You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, order management, and spare parts for the aftermarket.

• You thrive in a role with many contact points and personal responsibility.

• You are structured, meticulous, and enjoy working on multiple tasks simultaneously.

• You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

• You are accustomed to working in business systems and see system support as a natural part of everyday life.

Experience from the manufacturing industry, technical products, or international deliveries is advantageous - but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.

• You will have an important and visible role in a technical company with a global customer base.
