At Probation Service Malmö, we are about 200 employees working in the FLOW building in Hyllie, just a few minutes' walk from Hyllie station and the Emporia shopping center.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

In the role of process support, you will provide assistance to the entire organization, such as the management team and colleagues in various working groups, in both short-term and long-term tasks, investigations, and general result follow-ups, as well as in the annual ongoing processes. You will conduct analyses of the operations in dialogue with managers and employees and propose action plans.

As process support, you will work towards a coordinated probation service by ensuring that local work is carried out in a uniform and quality-assured manner according to the authority's guidelines. The work includes planning, operational follow-up, and handling assigned cases. You are expected to independently conduct investigations and analyses of various kinds and then come up with your own proposals for actions. You will also be responsible for referrals and other inquiries from regional and national levels. As process support, you will participate in local, regional, and national working groups to address operational issues.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is structured, flexible, and goal-oriented. As a person, you are analytical and have the ability to independently develop and maintain processes. Even though you take responsibility for structuring your approach and driving your processes forward, you need to have good collaboration skills and be able to work with several different actors. You are stable, see opportunities in changes, and consider the broader perspective for the benefit of the entire organization.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree (at least at the bachelor's level) in a relevant field, e.g., behavioral science, or other education combined with experience deemed relevant by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service.
• Experience in handling cases, conducting investigations, and preparing decisions.
• Knowledge and experience in driving, leading, and maintaining processes with multiple actors.
• Experience in follow-up and analysis of operations or projects.
• Excellent ability to express oneself well in speech and writing in Swedish.
• A valid driver's license (B).

We would also like you to have:

• Experience in quality management, change management, or implementation of new or changed assignments.
• Experience working within the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, particularly in probation.
• Experience in operational development.
• Experience in change work.
• Experience in project management.
