About the job as sales responsible pharmacy technician at Hjärtat

As a pharmacy technician at Hjärtat, you will work variably with advice and sales within self-care.

In the role of sales responsible, you will be responsible for driving sales growth of merchandise and over-the-counter medications at your pharmacy. Together with your pharmacy manager, you will optimize Hjärtat's campaigns and sales activities. The role also involves taking initiatives for activities and exercises that promote sales, such as competitions and campaign follow-ups. Your task is to coach your colleagues in areas such as customer interaction, sales, and advice!

We are looking for you who are a trained pharmacy technician. You are either at the beginning of your career or an experienced pharmacy technician and recognize yourself in the description:

• You show interest and commitment in meeting customers and collaborate well with colleagues at your pharmacy and throughout the region/ all of Apotek Hjärtat
• You take responsibility for meeting the requirements placed on you as an advisor and seek help from your team when needed
• You contribute with a good attitude and seek simple solutions in everyday life
