At Uppvik, we do not work with large volumes but with houses we would like to live in ourselves.

We photograph from early morning to sunset, write stories about each house, and create presentations where architecture, environment, and lifestyle take center stage.

The assignments seek us rather than the other way around – as a result of how we work. By often being contacted well in advance of a sale, we can work with foresight. This allows for advice, reflection, and joint decisions about what is worth doing – before a sale. The goal is to create the best conditions for each house and each sale.

Often, our sellers have put great effort, energy, and thought into creating a warm and cozy home. A personal environment. A beloved house. Therefore, we want to give great care to the houses we take on. We do not work on volume but rather with fewer houses, ensuring quality and care at every step.

We see ourselves as project managers who support and coach both sellers and buyers through the sale. Uppvik & Daughters is not a single person; the strength lies in the collective power of the employees. We are Team Uppvik, where every part is important to the whole.

We are now looking for a real estate agent who wants to work our way.

You can be an experienced agent or at the beginning of your career – the most important thing is that you have a feel for houses, people, and stories.

Who we are looking for

You are confident in your professional role and in yourself. The most important thing is that you have the right attitude and feel for our way of working. You drive your own sales from start to finish and take responsibility for the process all the way.

You have a genuine interest in houses, architecture, rooms, and contexts. You see the details without getting stuck in them and understand how styling, light, image, and appeal interact. With us, the feeling of the house is captured through photography, texts, storytelling, and hand-drawn watercolor drawings.

In meetings with people, you are present and clear. You build relationships over time and dare to ask the questions that need to be asked. You can stay in conversations even when they become complex and have enough integrity to guide, slow down, or advise against when it is the right path.

For the right person, this is a context with great freedom – and equally great responsibility. The role suits you if you thrive as an entrepreneur and understand the connection between effort, quality, and results.

Collaboration is preferably through your own company, but the most important thing is your drive and attitude – not how long you have worked in the industry.

We have two offices, and we need one agent at each location. Österlen, office near Brösarp. Västerlen, office in Malmö.

Qualifications

• Registered real estate agent

Meritorious

• Strong relationship builder

• Good technical computer skills and unafraid to familiarize yourself with new systems (Mac environment)

• Interest in text, photo, design, styling, visual presentation, and social media

• Preferably experience in event creation and thinking creatively outside the box
