Noviflora Helsingborg is now looking for a production manager for its Buketteria, who wants to take responsibility for daily production and lead the team towards efficient flows and the highest quality.

About the role

As a production manager with us, you play a key role in the production part of our business. You are responsible for planning, leading, and following up on the daily production of bouquets and floral arrangements. The role is both operational, administrative, and leading – you are present in production while ensuring structure, pace, and quality.

Your main responsibilities

• Plan, administer, and lead the daily production
• Distribute work and resources within the team
• Ensure quality, delivery precision, and efficient workflow
• Introduce, support, and develop employees in production
• Actively work on improving routines and processes
• Collaborate closely with purchasing, logistics, and other functions to ensure the highest quality of deliveries.

• Has experience in production management, work leadership, or a similar role
• Is structured, solution-oriented, and confident in making decisions
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can prioritize when many things are happening at once
• Has good communication skills and enjoys leading people
