As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Cloudgruppen in Kristianstad, you will work consultatively with telecom and business services. About the roleAs a Business Development Representative (BDR), you are responsible for prospecting and booking qualified meetings between potential corporate clients and our Account Managers.
You are a key person in the sales process and lay the groundwork for new business. The role provides you with clear structure, the right tools, and a clear career path within Cloudgruppen – for example, towards a role as an Account Manager.
Your main responsibilities:
Prospect and book meetings with new and existing corporate clients (B2B)
Conduct initial needs analyses to match the right solutions
Create business opportunities in close collaboration with the sales team
Follow up leads and ensure high quality in customer dialogues
Work structured in the CRM system
We are looking for someone who wants to take a first or next step in B2B sales and enjoys a role with high tempo, clear goals, and a lot of customer contact.

Enjoy contacting corporate clients by phone
Are goal- and result-oriented
Have a consultative approach and enjoy relationship building
Are driven, curious, and want to develop
Speak and write fluent Swedish

Meritorious:
Experience in telecom, IT, or subscription-based services
Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales work
Fixed monthly salary + attractive commission model without cap
Clear onboarding and training in products, processes, and sales methodology
Ongoing coaching and support from experienced managers and colleagues
Opportunity to further develop into an Account Manager or another role within Cloudgruppen
Sales activities, competitions, kickoffs, and social activities
