About the assignment

Our client is a well-known manufacturing company within FMCG in Malmö that is now looking for a driven Buyer for a consulting assignment through Adecco. You will have the opportunity to become part of a dynamic purchasing team and actively contribute to the company's continued development, with a particular focus on investments and CAPEX-related purchases.

The assignment starts immediately as agreed and lasts for 6 months.

Responsibilities

As a Buyer, you will be responsible for:

• Operational and tactical purchasing
• Managing CAPEX purchases related to investments in machinery and equipment
• Handling orders, supplier dialogue, and follow-up
• Participating in and driving negotiations
• Working with contracts and commercial terms
• Supporting the business with indirect purchases
• Collaborating closely with production, technology, and project organization to ensure the right solutions at the right time

Your profile

• Have documented experience in CAPEX purchasing, such as machinery, equipment, or investments
• Are forward-thinking, flexible, and thrive in a changing environment
• Are unpretentious and take significant personal responsibility
• Have a hands-on approach and a keen interest in technology
• Are experienced in negotiations and confident in dialogue with suppliers
• Have experience with contract work or a desire to develop in this area
