We are looking for: Sales Representative in IT Staffing

About us

We are a stable and well-established company with strong finances and good growth. We are now taking the next step and launching a new business area in IT staffing, focusing on matching skilled programmers and developers with exciting companies across Sweden.

We have long experience in relationship-based B2B sales of consultants, and we are now bringing that expertise into a new area. Here you will have the opportunity to work in a company where you can grow and develop – perhaps you will become our future sales manager as the business area expands.

The role

As a sales representative in IT staffing, you will be responsible for building and developing the business area through active new customer acquisition and long-term relationship selling. You will:

  • Identify and contact potential customers in the IT sector
  • Work with new customer acquisition, from booking to closing the deal
  • Build long-term relationships and create repeat business

We are looking for someone who

  • Has documented sales experience, preferably in staffing services
  • Has experience in active new customer acquisition and enjoys creating new business
  • Has experience in B2B sales, preferably in consulting or service sales
  • Has experience from the IT industry – this is a big plus
  • Enjoys working independently and results-oriented
  • Is curious about technology and wants to understand customers' needs in depth
  • Is motivated to build something new and wants to take the next step in their career
