A goal-oriented B2B salesperson with several years of experience. Are you ready to take on the exciting challenge of developing and expanding by Crea®’s business globally? You view the role as a multi-year commitment, not just a step on your CV. You can work internationally and are prepared to travel extensively. We offer
- Base salary plus commission/bonus

We are not looking for a traditional B2B profile. Rather, we prefer an elite player who combines sales strength with long-term building.
- 7–12+ years of experience in B2B sales in senior roles
- Proven experience in creating business from scratch
- Experience in furniture, interior design, architecture, or project-based premium sales
- Familiar with longer sales cycles and relationship-based business
- International sales is a requirement
- Elite player – one of the strongest salespeople in the team
- High ambition level and clear ownership
- Structured, business-minded, and long-term oriented
- Credible and natural in dialogue with architects and designers
- Motivated by building something great, not short-term wins

Build, prove, and scale by Crea®’s B2B business internationally in Sweden, the USA, Germany, France, Norway, the UK, and Southern Europe. The role requires a very strong operational salesperson at the core who drives business, establishes partnerships, and creates the commercial foundation on which a future team will be built. You will work towards clear goals and guidelines. You will play a key role in ensuring that we not only retain our current customers but also expand our network by attracting new customers. Your work will require close collaboration with other departments within the company to ensure a cohesive and efficient sales process. This is a key role where we are looking for someone who wants to prioritize by Crea® fully over the next 3–4 years to build volume, structure, and long-term business.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with our existing customers through regular contact and excellent customer service.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to broaden our customer base and increase market share.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to continuously adapt and improve our sales strategy.
by Crea® was founded in 2017 in Skåne, and since the beginning, we have produced all our furniture, made to order, in Sweden. All manufacturing takes place in our factory in Malmö. From the first welding to sanding, sewing, and assembly, our designer furniture is made according to specifications and shipped directly from the factory to our customers' homes. We aim to manufacture and sell furniture that is tailored to fit our customers' personal choices of frame and wood colors, fabrics, and sizes, and that is built to last. Our design-protected furniture is sold exclusively through our website, and we focus heavily on delivering personal service throughout the journey from consultation on color choices to delivery day. We already deliver our minimalist quality furniture to most continents and aim to enrich homes around the world with our Swedish quality design.
