Recruiter for Staffing Unit in Disability Services
We are looking for a recruiter for our project: Staffing Unit in Disability Services. Are you structured and service-oriented and want to work in a central role where you create secure staffing?
Your Assignment
This assignment is a project employment for six months, with the possibility of extension.
As a recruiter, you are responsible for planning and staffing personnel during short-term absences. You will have daily contact with operations and employees. The workday starts at 06:30 and ends at 15:30.
The role is important to ensure that working hours comply with applicable regulations according to the Working Hours Act and creates conditions for increased quality in operations through better planning and resource utilization.
The work consists of recurring tasks that are largely the same every day.
To thrive in the role, you need to appreciate routine work and enjoy challenges.
You will work alone in the role of recruiter, but you will sit together with several colleagues in the office.
Examples:
- You are responsible for staffing personnel during short-term absences.
- You work closely with employees in the units.
Your Experience
- I have a high school education.
- I have good computer skills.
- I have a good ability to express myself in speech and writing in Swedish.
- I have previous experience in staffing and planning systems.
Meritorious:
- I have experience with e-Companion and Besched.
- I have experience in personnel staffing, planning, or similar work.
