Bergkvara is now looking for an engaged HR Business Partner for a temporary position, located in Southern Skåne. You will be part of a competent and supportive HR team that works together to develop both the business and themselves.

In the role of HR Business Partner, you will work both strategically and operationally. You will coach and guide our managers and contribute to creating the best workplace in the industry. HR is a natural and integrated part of our operations, which means you will have ample opportunity to drive issues forward and develop both processes and culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide qualified managerial support within HR, work environment, and labor law
• Drive recruitment processes and attract the right competencies
• Develop and implement HR processes and routines
• Work proactively with work environment and preventive measures
• Support managers in change management and organizational development
• Actively contribute to the common development of the HR team

QUALIFICATIONS

• Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent
• Experience in broad HR work
• Good knowledge of work environment
• Good knowledge of labor law, including collective agreements and negotiations
• Experience in recruitment, preferably competency-based methods
