Job Responsibilities

The tasks as a customer representative/administrator are varied. You will answer questions, support, and guide citizens via phone, email, e-services, and personal visits. You will primarily respond to inquiries regarding social assistance and labor market initiatives.

Qualifications

You have a completed university degree relevant to the assignment. You have professional experience and a good ability to handle work tools such as phone and email. You also have experience working in a politically governed organization and experience from municipal operations. As we face new legislation in the social services area, we see that you have experience in social work and some knowledge of what the new legislation will entail.

We place great importance on your personal qualities, where we see that you are a service-oriented team player who helps colleagues and provides citizens with a good reception and service. You thrive in an organization whose everyday life can change quickly, and you want to contribute to development from a holistic perspective. You are open and straightforward in your communication and take your own initiative in daily work. The unit is characterized by a high degree of collaboration, which is why it is important that you become a team player who contributes to a good work environment. To be considered for the position, there will be requirements for flexibility and a willingness to help develop the organization and improve service levels.

The position requires good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. It is an advantage if you master additional languages.

As a person, you enjoy meeting and helping others, you have a positive attitude, and you think it is important to always provide a good reception. You are stable and can handle difficult meetings with citizens or people in vulnerable situations. This requires perseverance and stress resistance.
