We are looking for an economist for a consulting assignment in the real estate industry in Lund
Are you an economist with experience in budgeting and financial statements, ready for your next challenge? We offer an exciting full-time consulting assignment in Lund. The assignment starts immediately, and you will be employed by Isaksson Rekrytering and leased to our client for three months with the possibility of extension. We welcome your application today!

Your assignment
As an economist, you will work with ongoing accounting, budgeting, financial statements, and declarations for housing associations. You will have ongoing contact with the board of each association where you will be their contact person for financial matters. The role also involves presenting the budget and annual financial statements at board meetings and general meetings.

Your profile
We are looking for someone with a strong interest in both economics and people. You are business-minded, structured, and self-driven with good collaboration skills. We appreciate if you are communicative, flexible, structured, and have a solution-oriented approach.

To succeed in this assignment, we are looking for someone who has:

• A university degree in economics or equivalent
• Good experience in accounting, budgeting, and financial statement work
• Good familiarity with business systems
• Strong skills in Excel

We consider previous experience working with housing associations as a merit.
