About the Company

Do you want to work in a central and operational role in an international industrial company? We are now looking for a Controller for a production-oriented business, where you will have a broad and responsible role with many points of contact and the opportunity to contribute both operationally and developmentally.

This is a full-time consulting assignment with a planned start in early March. The initial duration of the assignment is approximately 4–6 months, with the possibility of extension or potential transition to employment.

Your Responsibilities

As a Controller, you will have a central and operational role where you work both operationally and analytically. You will support the organization with financial monitoring and decision-making materials and contribute to the development of working methods and processes. Your responsibilities include:

Ongoing reporting, analysis, and follow-up of financial outcomes
Production monitoring, including calculation deviations and manufacturing and price differences
Forecasting and participation in budgeting processes
Support in inventory management and annual pricing
Reconciliation and follow-up of the business's results
Provide managers and decision-makers at various levels with relevant financial information
Participation in improvement and efficiency projects
Development of financial processes, routines, and working methods

Your Profile

We expect you to have a university or college degree in finance and a few years of experience in controlling, monitoring, and analysis, preferably within a larger manufacturing company. You have a strong interest in digitalization and process improvement, combined with solid system competence and advanced Excel skills. Previous experience with SAP is considered an advantage.

You are proactive and analytical with a strong solution focus and high delivery capacity. Collaboration and open communication are natural for you, and you thrive in an organization in constant development. You communicate fluently in both English and Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

Success Factors

University or college degree in finance
1-2 years of experience in controlling, monitoring, and analysis
Strong interest in systems and advanced user of Excel
Previous experience with SAP is an advantage
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Strong analytical skills and a structured working method
