Management Coordinator

We are looking for someone who enjoys responsibility, structure, and follow-up, and who wants to work closely with both management and operations in a role where execution occurs in collaboration, with attentiveness and respect for the whole.

Your Role and Responsibilities

The role of Management Coordinator is an operational and execution-oriented position with a clear mandate, where the focus is on creating structure, following up, and ensuring that tasks are completed.

The position consists of two parts, which together create stability in management work and support the development of the organization.

Part 1 – Operational Work Close to the CEO, Management Team, and Board

One part of the role is recurring and stable over time. Here, you work closely with the CEO and management to plan and coordinate and ensure that the daily management and board work functions effectively and professionally. This includes:

  • planning, coordinating, and following up on management team and board meetings
  • ensuring that invitations, agendas, and materials are in place on time
  • documenting meetings and ensuring that decisions are communicated and followed up
  • quality assuring and contributing to the development of presentations and decision materials
  • contributing to structure, foresight, efficiency, and clarity in management's work

Much of the work involves creating order in daily tasks – planning meetings, preparing materials, and ensuring that decisions are communicated by those responsible and followed up.

Here, you are the one who holds the whole together and ensures that the details are in place.

Part 2 – Strategic and Operational Change and Development Work in the Organization

The second part of the role is variable over time and adapts to the organization's current needs. Here, you work closely with managers and functions in the organization and contribute to the practical implementation of development work.

Examples of tasks include:

  • planning, driving, coordinating, and following up on improvement and development initiatives
  • contributing to the implementation and use of newly decided working methods and routines
  • planning and coordinating activities, training initiatives, and follow-ups
  • being a practical support in everyday life when working methods change

You work closely with the operations and contribute by planning, driving, coordinating, following up, and holding together development work in practice. The focus is on execution and follow-up, where the work is conducted in a structured manner and in close collaboration with the operations to create clarity, anchoring, and sustainable solutions in ongoing work.

The assignments are prioritized and allocated by the head of the Marketing Department.

You have post-secondary education in areas such as administration, economics, or business development, or equivalent experience. You have worked with qualified administrative tasks and/or change management in an environment where structure, coordination, and follow-up are central, and you are confident in leading work, setting frameworks, and creating progress even without formal personnel responsibility.

You are accustomed to working digitally and have excellent skills in Office.

You can easily navigate between the big picture and detailed issues to find the right paths to good results. You appreciate working closely with the operations but also contributing to order and structure at the management level.

You report to the head of the Marketing Department.

Conditions and Application

The position is a permanent full-time employment with a six-month probationary period. Your working hours are on weekdays.

We will select candidates continuously. Therefore, please send your application to us as soon as possible. The position requires good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form, as well as a B driver's license, as travel between our facilities occurs regularly in the position.
