Cloudgruppen is an established and growing player in IT and communication solutions for businesses in Sweden. With local offices across the country and strong supplier collaborations, we help companies modernize their telephony, switchboard, and communication – in a secure and sustainable way.
We are now looking for a Account Manager B2B for our office in Kristianstad who wants to help strengthen our position further in the local market.

About the role
As an Account Manager B2B – Telecom & Business Services, you will be responsible for developing and managing corporate clients who want to streamline and future-proof their communication.
You will drive the entire sales process – from first contact to closing and follow-up – with the support of clear processes, CRM systems, and colleagues with extensive experience in telecom and IT.
Your main responsibilities:
Prospect and develop new corporate clients (B2B)
Conduct needs analyses within telephony, switchboard, and communication solutions
Present and package solutions that create clear business benefits
Prepare quotes, drive business to closure, and follow up
Build long-term customer relationships and your own customer portfolio
Collaborate with internal teams for a smooth overall delivery
The role is varied and developing – no day is the same, and your efforts have a direct impact on both your own and Cloudgruppen's success.
Who we are looking for

Have experience in sales, preferably in B2B or service sales
Are used to working towards goals and taking responsibility for your pipeline
Thrive in business dialogues via phone, digital meetings, and physical customer meetings
Are driven, solution-oriented, and relationship-building
Speak and write fluent Swedish
Meritorious:
Experience in telecom, IT, or subscription-based services
Familiarity with CRM systems and structured sales work
