We are looking for an experienced research consultant in Executive Search who wants to work on qualified executive and key recruitments. The assignment involves supporting an executive recruiter with structured research work and producing accurate longlists for several recruitment processes throughout the year 🚀

The assignment is suitable for you who are a specialist in research, used to working independently, and have deep knowledge of the Skåne labor market. The work is entirely remote with digital meetings.

Assignment Content Systematic mapping of target companies and relevant organizations Identification of executives and senior specialists Direct contact and dialogue with potential candidates in southern Sweden Assessment of competence, motivation, and interest Presentation of a longlist of approximately 5–10 interested candidates per assignment Ongoing collaboration with the responsible executive recruiter via Teams

Scope and Period Approximately 5–6 assignments distributed over the year Start as soon as possible Assignment period until December 31, 2026 100% remote work 🌍 Compensation: fixed price per completed assignment

We are looking for Research consultants specialized in Executive Search Consultants with their own company or who work independently (we also offer employment via Sway Sourcing AB) Not recruitment consultants – the role is purely research

Mandatory Requirements At least 5 years of experience as a researcher in executive and specialist recruitment Completed at least 5 research assignments at a high executive level or heavier specialist roles in the last three years Experience from areas relevant to municipal operations, such as real estate, finance, digitalization, or law Documented experience of research assignments in Skåne Possess your own LinkedIn Recruiter license (Recruiter Lite is not sufficient)
