We are looking for someone who wants to work in customer service for a global company in biotechnology and biomedical engineering. The role is based in Helsingborg and combines customer contact, problem-solving, and teamwork. Does this sound like something for you? Then we think you should read on!
About the position
At Perido, we are now looking for a Norwegian- or Danish-speaking customer service representative for our client, a global company in biotechnology and biomedical engineering. The company works with innovative medical solutions that contribute to improved health for patients worldwide. The position is located at the client's office in Helsingborg, where you are initially expected to be on-site during the training period. Once you are settled into the role, there is an opportunity to work remotely up to two days a week.
Your responsibilities
As a customer service representative, you will be part of a customer team of about 16 employees who work closely with both customers and internal functions. You will handle incoming cases, follow up on discrepancies, and ensure that each inquiry is driven to resolution in a structured and solution-oriented manner.
Main responsibilities:
- Receive and manage incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Follow up and manage discrepancies in the order flow, for example, when deliveries are missing, stuck, or need investigation
- Provide support for technical issues and perform troubleshooting
- Work analytically and solution-oriented to identify the root cause of problems and drive cases forward
- Handle a large volume of emails as well as some phone contact
Your qualities
To succeed in this role, you have a strong sense of service and good communication skills, where you can meet customers in various situations in a clear and professional manner. You enjoy handling complex cases that require structure, careful follow-up, and coordination across multiple levels. Furthermore, you have a technical interest and a desire to understand, troubleshoot, and investigate problems, which allows you to methodically identify causes and drive cases forward to resolution.

Qualifications:
- Strong service and communication skills
- Ability to handle complex cases and follow up across multiple levels
- Technical interest and willingness to troubleshoot/investigate
- Fluent in Norwegian or Danish, both spoken and written
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written
Meritorious:
- Experience from medtech, B2B support, or similar complex customer support
- Familiar with working with order flows, discrepancies, and coordination between functions/markets
Scope and start date
Full-time, consulting assignment until 2026-12-31. Immediate start.
