Make a difference. Every day.
Region Skåne works to have skilled leaders driven by interactions with people and a professional organization, where every individual is significant. Leadership makes a difference in how well Region Skåne succeeds in our community-bearing mission, a pursuit for better health for more.
The Leadership Academy is the focal point for Region Skåne's leadership development and a power source for managers and leaders. With a common direction, development initiatives are offered that strengthen the region's leaders in their important tasks. And that builds a leadership that supports the transformations the public sector faces.
The core of the Leadership Academy consists of three areas for managers: introduction and basic training, a specialized offering based on managerial and leadership roles in the organization, and a digital inspiration platform where managers and leaders can acquire knowledge as needs arise. The offerings of the Leadership Academy include various activities within, for example, managerial and leadership development, management team development, coaching, mentorship, and networking.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Do you want to be part of continuing to build Region Skåne's Leadership Academy?
We offer you a unique opportunity to further develop working methods, administrative routines, and common standards within leadership development together with us.
As an educational administrator, you, along with your colleagues, will have a central and coordinating role in the Leadership Academy's training and development initiatives. In this role, you represent the Leadership Academy in contact with Region Skåne's managers and are an important link between participants, course leaders, and the organization.
Your tasks include providing administrative support to our leadership developers in connection with learning activities. This involves, among other things, setting up and administering training in our educational portal, managing registrations, cancellations, and waiting lists. You will also be responsible for booking venues, managing dietary preferences, ordering food and promotional products, as well as certain preparation and distribution of educational materials.
An important part of the assignment is to maintain professional and service-oriented contact with managers and participants before, during, and after training sessions. This contact primarily occurs via email and phone and involves answering questions, providing information, and ensuring a good overall experience of the Leadership Academy's initiatives. You will also follow up on training sessions through mailings and compilation of surveys.
You will work closely with course leaders and colleagues within the Leadership Academy, as well as in collaboration with other internal and external partners.
The position is located at Dockplatsen in Malmö. Travel within Skåne may occur.
QUALIFICATIONS
To succeed in this role, we see that you are service-oriented, have good communication skills, and can collaborate in a non-prestigious manner. We are still a unit under construction, which is why it is necessary that you can handle rapidly emerging situations and be prepared and willing to contribute to solutions.
The work involves many points of contact, and therefore you need to be attentive and have the ability to plan and prioritize your working time. You enjoy a varied job and have a strong interest in creating order, clarity, and structure. We place great importance on personal suitability.
